Monthly Retainer Advice / Support Packages
We offer monthly retainer immigration advice and support packages, which are bespoke and tailored to meet our client's needs and requirements.
The following services can be included within our packages:

Unlimited advice on all immigration-related queries, including advice and support on the recruitment of sponsored workers or students

Reviewing draft Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) and Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)

Acting as representative and / or Level 1 User

Monthly update emails / reminders regarding compliance in relation to sponsorship and right to work

Assigning Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) and Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)

Annual refresher training on either sponsorship of students / workers and right to work

Annual compliance visit / audit

Annual inspection of sponsored student or worker files

Right to Work file inspections

Monitoring of visa expiry information for non-sponsored and sponsored student / workers

Annual Advice Packages
​
We offer 5 and 10 hour annual advice packages, which cover all immigration-related enquiries.
The packages run for a rolling calendar year.
Contact would normally be by email. This is to avoid the risk of misunderstanding either the questions being asked, or the advice being given, especially where this advice is being passed to a third party.
Veristat will respond by email within 48 hours (Monday to Friday), although in most cases we will respond on the same day. We can also schedule a call or chat over Microsoft Teams if required. We are also happy to discuss matters over the telephone if urgent.
Any advice provided to the client will comply with the Home Office (UKVI) requirements and guidance at the time of the enquiry.
Enquiries are charged at a minimum of 15 minutes per enquiry. If the question/work is likely to exceed this, where possible, we will let you know this at the outset. Veristat will monitor the usage of this package and will contact the client either at the end of the 12-month period (or sooner, when there is no time remaining) to check whether they wish to enter into another agreement for another year.
Ad-hoc queries / consultations
We appreciate that often clients may just have a one-off immigration-related query or issue they wish to discuss with a qualified advisor. Therefore, we are happy to offer ad-hoc quotes and advice.
