Education providers need to have a sponsor licence to enrol students to study if they do not have existing / ongoing right to study.

-
provision of information on the supporting documentation that need to be provided to the Home Office (UKVI)
-
support in drafting the covering letter to accompany the application

-
information about preparing for a Home Office (UKVI) visit
-

It is imperative that prospective sponsors have the processes, procedures and systems in place to fulfil their sponsorship duties and responsibilities prior to applying for a licence.
We will guide you through each step of the process and will answer any questions or concerns you may have.
If required, we can also visit your premises for a mock UKVI audit or remotely review any documentation/ policies that you have in place to assess whether we believe you have the processes, procedures, and systems to meet your sponsorship duties and responsibilities.
