Changes to the student sponsor guidance in relation to the Basic Compliance Assessment (BCA)
The Home Office (UKVI) will be implementing amendments to the student sponsor guidance regarding the Basic Compliance Assessment (BCA) policy in the coming months. To assist providers in preparing for the changes, the UKVI have circulated the draft BCA policy guidance content covering the changes to the existing BCA policy framework.
